How can we make life simpler


  1. Work smarter- Clean up your inbox, organize your workplace, start work early, stay sharp.
  2. Personal change- wear bright colour, journal your thoughts, revisit the old photographs, spend money on experiences,call your old friend once in a while, plans weekend ahead of time.
  3. Improve your health- Drink ice water, Eat at the table, cut out soda, exercise daily.
  4. Love yourself- The more you love yourself, the less you are like anyone else, which makes you unique.
  5. Volunteer-It gives you sense of purpose. Give Blood- You are gifting someone second chance to live. Kindness is private.
  6. Don't do drugs, it's a simple as that. Stop smoking.
  7. Don't eat if you’re not hungry.
  8. Work towards your goal.
  9. If you continuously complete with others, you become bitter,but if you continuously compete with yourself, you become better. Make yourself a priority. At the end of the day, you’re your longest commitment.
  10. Never allow waiting to become a habit. Live your dreams and take risks. Life is happening now.
